  • Our fees vary depending on the type of examination and complexity of imaging required. We provide transparent pricing and will quote costs clearly when you book your appointment. Payment options include cash, major credit cards, and insurance direct billing.   • We work with major insurance providers in Hong Kong and can process billing for many policies. We recommend contacting your insurer before your appointment to confirm coverage for your specific examination and obtain any required pre-authorisation. Our staff can assist with insurance documentation and claims processing. For insurers we don't have direct billing arrangements with, we provide detailed receipts for you to submit claims independently.

  • We accept HA referrals seamlessly. Simply bring your HA referral letter when you attend your appointment. We’ll process the referral, perform your imaging, and ensure results are communicated back to your HA physician through proper channels. This integration ensures your public hospital care team remains informed and your diagnostic information supports comprehensive treatment planning. Our staff can guide you through any administrative requirements.

  • Preparation requirements vary by examination type. When you book, we’ll provide specific instructions for your particular scan. This may include fasting requirements, medication adjustments, or clothing recommendations. If you have previous imaging studies, bringing them for comparison is helpful. For specific procedures, detailed preparation instructions will be provided at booking and confirmed beforehand.

  • Please bring your Hong Kong Identity Card, any doctor's referral letter (if applicable), previous imaging studies or reports for comparison (if available), your insurance card or policy details, and a list of current medications. Wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing without metal components is advisable. We'll confirm specific requirements when you book, as some examinations have particular preparation needs.

After Your Scan

  • Standard reports are typically available within 3 working days. For urgent cases or express service requests, preliminary findings can often be discussed immediately after your scan, with formal reports expedited.

  • You’ll be informed promptly and clearly. Our doctors can discuss findings directly with you, explaining what was detected and what it means for your health in plain language.

    We provide guidance on recommended next steps, whether that’s further imaging, specialist referral, or immediate follow-up. If urgent, we coordinate directly with appropriate specialists to expedite your care. You’ll never face concerning findings alone or without clear direction forward.

  • Yes, we provide diagnostic reports in English or Chinese (on request with an additional fee) to ensure clear communication with you and your healthcare providers. If you have a preference for report language or need additional copies, please let us know when booking.

  • The Electronic Health Record Sharing System (eHRSS) allows your healthcare providers to access your medical records across Hong Kong’s public and participating private healthcare facilities. With your consent, we upload your imaging reports to eHRSS, ensuring all your doctors can access these results for coordinated care. This prevents duplicate testing and supports comprehensive treatment decisions. Participation is voluntary; we’ll obtain your consent and explain the process during registration.
